Phone call sound quality

I had multiple people complain that they can not hear me well when using the car Bluetooth. I never have the issue with our Nissan Leaf. I also upgraded phones a few months back, and I had complaints with both phones.

Just asking if anybody else has sound clarity issues in their Clarity.

We've actually found it to be quite good, but don't use the phone much while driving.

Had one instance where they couldn't hear for second or two in the middle of the call, but no other issues. Are you connecting via bluetooth or plugging the phone in via the USB? My wife had one bluetooth headset that didn't play well with her iPhone and had the same type of issues with people hearing her.

I am using the Bluetooth. I will try the cable connection.

I haven't had any issues with that, either when using BT or USB.
