Re: Price paid on your Clarity

Congratulations on getting a good price. I'm trying to negotiate a price for a Clarity Touring and the lowest quote I have in Northern California is $34500. Can I ask where you bought yours?

Thanks,
Doug

Re: Anyone use Honda Financing?

I had planned to take advantage of the Honda Financings Low rate of 0.9% per year for 60 months. I did that when I bought an Acura in 2008 and it was fine and trouble free. However, now I see they have a horrible Google Reviews score of 1.3: https://www.google.com/search?q=honda+f ... 544d0,1,,,

Anyone here have strong feelings about them either way?

Wow, I didn't think to check Honda Financial ratings. When I bought mine, the 0.9% was only available over 36 months, not 60. I took that offer. I haven't had any of the problems those reviewers have had. But a lot of those appear to be lease deals instead of purchase deals.

Maybe I got lucky and didn't have any problems. My registration went fine. My loan processing went fine. My first couple payments have deducted from my bank fine.

In an Acura MDX forum I posted the same concern and the consensus there was Honda Finance is good and the only people that post on Google Reviews have complaints about self induced complications and then they find customers service isn't accommodating enough. People with good experiences don't bother writing positive reviews on Yelp reguarding Honda Finance. Also, since Honda Finance has thousands if not thousands of customers, there will be problems and there are only 14 Google Reviews

$34500 is pretty good for Touring. What dealership, if I may ask?
