Interesting they focused so much on the driving mode options as being complex. Sort of seems like a stretch just to have something to gripe about. Having read the owner's manual, this isn't a problem and I use them to fine tune my driving efficiency. The salesperson didn't hardly explain it, and if that is typical, then it will not scare off many potential buyers. My wife doesn't care and just gets in and drives it; whatever mode it is in.
The lack of nimbleness is a very valid point. But I agree with their conclusion that the likely buyers of this model aren't focused on that aspect.
