Funny, if you go to the Sylvania Bulb Application Guide you will find one single bulb that is replaceable in the entire car, the ONLY incandescent bulb used. It is 6615F and used in the two vanity mirrors on the sun visors. Following this thread:

I instead bought 4 Sylvania ZEVO 6612F (6612FLED.BP) bulbs. Have yet to replace them, there seems to be some risk of damaging the little lenses/covers. Gonna take my time and not rush.

There are two holes in each of the little white covers. The bottom one you slide your thin flat head press in while prying upwards. I applied masking tape over a letter opener.
Don't use the one on the upper side as you'll likely damage the two prongs sticking out the top.
I don't want to be pulling and replacing a bulb in a hot circuit. Above the driver foot well I pulled fuse #30 and it appears to knock out all interior lights including the vanity lights. I have all the covers off but I'm not home (where I left the bulbs) so will wait to put everything back together with the new bulbs.

LED Vanity Lights Unpleasant in the Dark.
Tried the visor light this morning before sunrise when still dark and the bright white light was unpleasant to the eyes. Gonna leave them because I already installed them but if they ever burn out may just replace with the originals.
